An AI agent inside 1C and CRM — not a chat beside the books
An answer window does not change the books. An ICD agent reads and updates 1C and CRM under an employee’s permissions and leaves a trail. That difference decides whether the process actually moves.
How an agent differs from a chat
A chat waits for a question and returns text. The request, the deal and the document stay as they were.
An agent receives a step of the process — a request, a deal, a letter — and acts in the system where that process already runs.
Why 1C and CRM, not a separate window
People will not copy an answer from a chat into 1C every time. The copy is a new error.
The agent’s rights match a role in 1C or the CRM: it does not see extra data and does not post a document where a person is required.
Every action is written to a log. That is the condition for security and for explaining a number that does not match.
What a 2–4 week pilot checks
One process, the list of systems, and who confirms a disputed step.
That window shows whether the agent lives in the process or remains a demo.
This is a line inside ICD, the IT partner: engineering, security and operations are already there. The agent joins that stack.
